Solidifying drying kiln

Equipment characteristics:
Solidifying drying kiln (Surface treatment line): After being processed by the smoldering kiln, the fiberglass fabric’s wear resistance is worse, but its surface hydrophilicity is strong, apt to absorb moisture. So the fiberglass fabric must be coated with coupling agent, then dried at specified temperature for a specified period of time in the solidifying drying kiln. The fiberglass fabric from solidifying drying kiln is soft, and its surface quality is better.

② Heating capacity: 900~1600m/h
③ Working temperature: 0~260℃
④ Running speed of fiberglass fabric: 10~40m/min（process speed 20m/min）

⑥ Energy sources: electricity, natural gas, coal gas, oil vapor (by user’s choice)

There are three floor steel structured platforms with simple structure and convenient maintenance.
Solidifying drying kiln is a furnace, so its cubage is small and it needs a small floor area.
Solidifying drying kiln can save power by 30%~40%.
Solidifying drying kiln improves the heat exchange efficiency by hot-air circulation, frequency conversion speed regulation and forced heat exchange.
The furnace is divided into three zones to control temperature.
The manner of venting moisture: both concentrated blast moisture venting and natural moisture venting on furnace top, which is equipped with air regulating valves and baffles. Stainless steel is used for the inside wall of the furnace body.
