Desizing pretreatment kiln (Pretreatment production line): The sizing agent (of starch type) on the fiberglass fabric can be decomposed and decarbonized by desizing pretreatment kiln under specified temperature for a specified period of time. Then the color of fiberglass fabric is dark brown, the residual sizing content is 0.2~0.4%, and the retained strength is 70%.The produced fiberglass fabric cannot be used directly because the residual content of sizing agent is still high and the retained strength of the fiberglass fabric is still low. So the fiberglass fabric must be further processed through batchwise heat treatment (by the smoldering kiln).

Equipment characteristics:
There are four-floor steel structured platforms with simple structure and convenient maintenance.
Its cubage is small and it needs a small floor area.
It is equipped with the incinerator to make the exhaust gas clean, and to reuse the remaining heat of exhaust gas. Then it is good for environment protection.
The furnace is divided into six zones to control temperature and ensure temperature uniformity.
The furnace body has two parts, one side of furnace body is fixed and the other side is hung on the supporting wheel and movable. So it is convenient for maintenance services.
Applications: Processing the fiberglass fabric with no alkali to get rid of the sizing agent at high temperature.
