Twin-smoldering kiln: The smoldering kiln can make the sizing residual of the fiberglass fabric which has gone through desizing pretreatment and the paraffin-type fiberglass fabric decrease from 0.2~0.4% to 0.04%. Also the fiberglass fabric is strong enough to suffice the high temperature capability when it is used as insulation material.

Equipment characteristics:
The kiln is characteristic of simple structure, convenient maintenance, large heating chamber in which many big fabric coils can be put. So its capacity is very high. Every kiln chamber is working independently.
Special hot blast circulation system ensures pure hot air to exchange heat with fibreglass fabric. Special hot blast circulation sets are independently installed outside the kiln.
There are two heating manners: forced convection and spouting, to exchange the heat and to increase heat exchange efficiency.
Hot circulating fan with high dependability has two cooling types: water and air cooling, in order to prolong fan¡¯s service life.
The high temperature fan is used to exhaust gas in the work processing.
There is special equipment to prevent the furnace door from falling.
Furnace door is hoisted automatically.
Realizing automatic control of kiln temperature.
User can choose the accessory fixtures inside the kiln (roll, frame)
The stainless steel plate is used for inside wall of the furnace body, wall of heating chambers and air pipes.
